General Manager-Sales/National Sales Head

Working Experience :- Minimum 15years to 20years exp.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Location:- Delhi

Key  Responsibility Areas:

  1. Define and promote the positioning of all company  brand.

  2. Managing entire operations and various teams from multiple cities relating to company sales, marketing,logistics & operations.

  3. Managing, foreseeing and successfully implementing various new launches across India.

  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales enhancing projects.

  5. Develop marketing materials; set up strategic partnerships.

  6. Assess the impact of the marketing strategies; measure the effectiveness of the sales activities.

  7. Should have had hands-on experience on marketing launches, using marketing channels to create qualitative – quantitative value for the brand, anchoring research & consumer insights, exposure to brand management practices, proven marketing strategy execution capabilities.

Content Writer/Magazine Editor

Working Experience :- Minimum 4 years

Desired Candidate Profile :

  1. Excellent written language skills (English).

  4. Good with researching articles, contents etc. from different sources and

             maintaining an organized reference of the same for use.

Location:- Delhi

Key  Responsibility Areas:

  1. Create new content and rewrite or edit the sourced articles for use in required media. 

  2. Responsible for managing content on social media and develop unique ideas for web content and for internal journals/magazines. 

  3. Should be able to adapt to different writing styles, ranging from medical articles to jokes to testimonials.

  4. Must develop content keeping in mind the target audience- vocabulary. syntax, writing style to vary for different audiences.

  5. Oversee layout (artwork, design, photography) and check content for accuracy and errors.

  6. Proofread, edit and improve stories or pieces.

  7. Comply with copyrighting laws and ethical guidelines.

  8. Cooperate,liaisonand coordinate with designers, printing vendors, content sources etc.

  9. Edit the whole magazine and present a ready to print version as per Expectations.

Digital Marketing Manager/ E-Com. Account Manager

Working Experience:- Minimum 7 years exp. (Client Side)

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Hands on experience within MS Office

2.  Excellent written skills in English

3. Experience in Product Based Company is preferred

4. Exceptional organizational and project planning skills 

Location:- Delhi

Key  Responsibility Areas:

1. Design, build and maintain social media presence.
2. In-depth Knowledge of digital marketing; different growing trends and most effective functions in Digital marketing.
3. At least some experience in managing e-commerce.
4. Developing and integrating content for marketing activities.
5. Marketing Campaign design with cost and ROIM Calculations
6. Making sure campaigns are executed well and results are in sync with the estimates
7. Responsible for handling campaigns, online branding and E-commerce activity.
8. Should have in-depth knowledge of all technicalities involved in digital marketing.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize overall user experience.

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Working Experience:- Minimum 3 Years in FMCG industry as an ASM – Personal Care Product (FMCG)

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Computer Skills – MS Office
2. Working knowledge of English language
3. Experience in launching new product in market

Location:- North India Regions

Job  Responsibility Areas:

1. Shall be responsible for sales & marketing function.
2. Launching of new products and developing new markets.
3. Prepare monthly business plan, achievement of sales target.
4. Motivate team members to achieve the targets.
5. Regular joint field work with team members.
6. To submit reports and provide feedback as required by company.
7. Collecting reports on ms office from team member with constant monitoring.
8. Should have exp. of establishing team reporting system.
9. Capable of building effective supply chains.

Modern Trade Manager

Working Experience:- Minimum 3 Years in FMCG industry in Modern Trade 

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Computer Skills – MS Office
2. Working knowledge of English language
3. Experience in launching new product in market

Location:- Delhi

Job  Responsibility Areas:

1. Identify, and pitch to and on- board Modern Trade stores where Personal Care. Products can be retailed.
2. Meet value & volume objectives by planning and executing monthly sales targets. 
3. Purchase order management( if any).
4. Work with Sales and Operations Planning team for demand forecasting. 
5. Liaise with the Marketing team for planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
and promote sales in the region.
6. Manage activation for accounts either directly or through third party team.
